Amendments to open-end investment fund “Government Bond fund” basic documents

The Financial and Capital Market Commission has approved amendments to
Fund prospectuses, simplifies prospectus and rules of open-end investment fund “Government Bond fund” on November 9, 2007.
All amendments will be in force starting December 9, 2007.

Amendments taken:
1. specified several definitions;
2. specified Fund investment policy. Made amendment will give Fund an opportunity to hold Fund assets in cash up to 100%. The reason for this amendment is to provide high liquidity in case of unavailability to make effective diversification in accordance with fund prospect.
