Amendments to the Articles of Association of JSIC “Baltikums Asset Management” (project)

According to the conditions of the Riga Stock Exchange "On Listing and Trading of Financial Instruments on the Market Regulated by the Exchange" paragraph 14.10, JSIC “Baltikums Asset Management” informs about the project of amendments to the Articles of Association, which will be considered in the shareholder meeting at the beginning of October, 2007.

Paragraph 3.1 of the Articles of Association will be expressed in the following wording:

“3.1. The fixed capital of the Company is LVL 150’000 (one hundred fifty thousand). The fixed capital of the Company consists of 150 (one hundred fifty) shares. The value of one share is LVL 1’000.00 (one thousand lats).’’

The reason for reducing fixed capital of JSIC “Baltikums Asset Management” is Company’s reorganization.
