BALTIKUMS  Grupa

Holding that consists of:

• financial concern  JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa (founded in 1994),
• finacial-insurer concern JSC Baltikums Apdrošināšanas Grupa (founded in 1998).

The only shareholder of JSC Akciju Komercbanka Baltikums is JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa that is a member of Baltikums Grupa company.

In structure of the property in 2006 there were essential changes, and shareholders AS “Baltikums Bankas Grupa” instead of physical persons became the corresponding holding companies belonging families and physical persons: SIA “Alexander Peshkov Family Holding”, SIA “Sergey Peshkov Holding”, SIA “Andrey Kochetkov Holding”, SIA “Oleg Chepulsky Holding” and SIA “Ivan Ulyanov Holding”.

Aleksandrs Peškovs, Sergejs Peškovs, Andrejs Kočetkovs and Oļegs Čepuļskis are  members of the JSC Akciju Komercbanka Baltikums council.

• JSC Baltikums.  Non-life insurance.
• UAB Baltikums Draudimas (Lihuania). Risk insurance.

JSC Rīga Re. The Re-insurance Company JSC Rīga Re offers services in risk and life reinsurance to its customers.

In conformity by plans for development in 2006 the operative management of insurance and bank business is centralized in the corporate center in Riga, and from the beginning of 2007 restructuring of the companies, transfer of actives of the insurance companies under bank group and transition to the uniform action of financial conglomerate AS “Baltikums Bankas Grupa” will come to the end.
